High- and medium-pressure boosters for industry and technical gases
Many production lines depend on gas at the right pressure: nitrogen for laser cutting, gas for plastic moulding and food packaging, helium in recovery systems, and compressed air for pneumatics and automation. Coltri and NRC build boosters and compressors for these jobs.
Coltri ACE high-pressure boosters
For air and nitrogen up to 420 bar max. Plus models take 5–10 bar inlet and deliver up to 945 l/min. Zero Loss models take 2–5 bar inlet, have a dedicated gas-recovery stage and deliver 250–690 l/min. Dual activated-carbon Hyperfilter and an integrated control panel. Modular 50-litre storage stations at 420 bar are available too.
Medium pressure: Indy compressors and boosters
Coltri Indy I, III, V and VI medium-pressure compressors deliver 40 bar at 250–800 l/min for pneumatic systems, industrial automation, energy storage, gas distribution and production processes. The Booster Indy VII takes 2–8 bar inlet and delivers 721–2,703 l/min with 11 or 15 kW.
Helium
Silent HE and Smart HE helium compressors, plus ACE III HE and ACE VI HE Zero Loss helium boosters to recover helium and cut losses.
NRC NGB industrial gas boosters
Air-driven and oil-free, with automatic start-stop. They use no energy while holding pressure. There are 33 models in six configurations, from 32 bar up to 1,500 bar outlet. Suitable gases per NRC: nitrogen, helium, argon, CO2 and air. Oxygen is limited to 150 bar, and hydrogen and flammable gases need ventilated operation. Typical uses: pressure and leak testing, small-part filling, high-purity gas transfer.
