Breathing air for fire and rescue teams
When a crew comes back from a fire, the cylinders have to be full again before the next call. Coltri high-pressure compressors fill SCBA cylinders with filtered breathing air, from a portable unit on the truck to a complete refill station at the base.
Choose by the size of your team
On the vehicle or at small posts: Coltri Portables Line (Icon, Mini Compact, Predator), compact, 100–140 l/min, electric or petrol. Station refill rooms: Efficient Line (Smart, Mark III Silent, Super Silent, Ergo) up to 315 l/min, and Prime Line TPS models for hot, humid stations. Regional bases and training centres: Heavy Duty Line (Force Four, Open, Silent), 400–750 l/min, four filling connections. Coltri data sheets list working pressures of 232, 300 or 330 bar depending on model, so both 200 and 300-bar SCBA cylinders can be filled.
Fill safely
Armor fill containment cabinets are built to contain a burst during cylinder filling; Armor 4 holds up to four cylinders. 50-litre and 2×50-litre storage stations at 420 bar give you a ready reserve of air. Coltri CO SafeGuard and the Multigas Analysis System check CO, CO2, H2O and optional VOCs, and the Tornado chiller dries the air for longer filter life.
