Dive compressors and Nitrox systems for dive centres and liveaboards
Your compressor works harder than anyone on the team. In Indonesia it does so in heat and humidity, often on a boat or on an island where a breakdown costs you days. We supply Coltri breathing air compressors and NRC Nitrox systems sized for that reality.
Breathing air you can trust
Coltri compressors purify air with Maxifilter or Hyperfilter systems designed to meet the EN 12021 breathing-air standard when used with original cartridges. Portables Line (100–140 l/min): Icon, Mini Compact and Predator, for small operations, boats and expeditions. Efficient Line (100–315 l/min): Mini Silent, Smart, Mark III Silent, Ergo and Super Silent.
Prime Line TPS (235–380 l/min): Ergo TPS, Mark III Silent TPS and Super Silent TPS with Tropical Plus pumping units and double Hyperfilter, made for intensive work in hot, humid climates. Heavy Duty Line (400–750 l/min): Force Four, Open and Silent with four filling connections, for busy centres and liveaboards.
Nitrox: three ways to make it
Membrane, no pure oxygen handling: NRC AirPro+ (up to 900 l/min Nitrox 32%), Light Series (fed from storage tanks) and Extreme Series (for boats and engine rooms). Or Coltri C-NITROX 400/700/800 screw compressors with OXYSEP membranes (up to 40% O2) paired with a Coltri high-pressure compressor. Continuous blending: NRC NESY mixes oxygen into the intake air at low pressure, 21–40% O2, with automatic shut-off above 40%. Partial pressure: NRC TEC oxygen-compatible boosters and overflow hoses for small volumes and high-O2 mixes.
Underwater work and surface supply
Coltri's Eolo 330 low-pressure compressors (8 bar, 300–330 l/min, 6-litre tank, electric or Honda petrol) are designed for underwater work, ventilated helmets and diving without cylinders.
Safety around the fill station
Armor 2 and Armor 4 explosion-proof fill cabinets, 420-bar storage stations, CO and multigas analyzers, NRC oxygen analyzers and ENOS diver location for your boats.
Typical setups
Examples only, we size every system individually. Small resort or day boat: Coltri Smart or Mini Silent with an NRC PIC O2 analyzer. Medium dive centre with Nitrox: Coltri Mark III Silent TPS with NRC AirPro 5.5–7.5+ or C-NITROX 400. Liveaboard: Coltri Heavy Duty or Prime with NRC Extreme Series, an Armor cabinet and ENOS.
