Coltri breathing air compressors
Coltri builds breathing air compressors in Italy, designed to produce air to the EN 12021 standard when used with original filter cartridges. Most models also compress Nitrox (max 40% O2), helium and nitrogen. As official Coltri distributor in Indonesia, we supply every line below.
Portables Line: 100–140 l/min
Light, compact compressors. Coltri: an empty 10-litre cylinder (0–200 bar) in about 20 minutes. Icon LSE: electric, 50–100 l/min, 230/330 bar. Icon Petrol: Honda petrol engine, 100 l/min. Mini Compact and Mini Compact Petrol: reinforced wrap-around frame, 100 l/min. Predator: 140 l/min, 3 kW, automatic condensate drain and autostop.
Efficient Line: 100–315 l/min
Quiet, compact stations with Maxifilter purification. Mini Silent: 100–150 l/min, silenced frame. Smart: 125–315 l/min, one of Coltri's best-known models. Mark III Silent: 210–315 l/min, full monitoring. Ergo, Ergo Petrol and Ergo Diesel: 210–315 l/min electric, 270 l/min Honda petrol, 280 l/min Yanmar diesel. Super Silent: 235–315 l/min, the quietest in the line.
Prime Line (TPS): for hot and humid climates
Tropical Plus pumping units, improved cooling and double Hyperfilter, 235–380 l/min. Models: Ergo TPS, Mark III Silent TPS and Super Silent TPS. Optional Tornado dryer, which Coltri says gives up to 3× longer filter life.
Heavy Duty Line: 400–750 l/min
Digital pressure switch, dual-cartridge Hyperfilter and four front filling connections. Force Four: 400–650 l/min. Open: 450–750 l/min, open frame for hot or poorly ventilated rooms. Silent: 450–750 l/min, below 70 dB.
Tankless Line: low pressure
Eolo 330 EM, ET and SH: 8 bar, 300–330 l/min, 6-litre tank, single-phase, three-phase or Honda petrol. For underwater work and ventilated helmets.
Nitrox compressors
C-NITROX 400: screw compressor at 10 bar with OXYSEP membrane, up to 40% O2. C-NITROX 700: 12 bar, up to 36% O2. C-NITROX 800: 12 bar, two membranes, up to 40% O2. Combined with a Coltri high-pressure compressor, the Nitrox is compressed to 232 bar.
Accessories
Armor 2 and Armor 4 fill cabinets, storage stations 50 l and 2×50 l at 420 bar, Tornado chiller, Multigas Analysis System, CO SafeGuard, C-monitor, remote charging panels, ColTrimix, fill hoses and DIN/INT connections.
